FITNESS PROGRAMS
PERSONAL TRAINING

The D3P Personal Fitness training is a customized program, tailored for you and your goals. Participants will be put through an extensive questionnaire and will have the program customized just for them. Whether you want to lose weight or put on some muscle, we can provide guidance and motivation while putting you through challenging and exciting workouts to help you achieve your goals!! The session is 1hr long and programs are booked on a first come first serve basis.
GROUP TRAINING

The D3P Group Fitness training is a generalized program. Participants will work on three different physical areas (Upper body, core, lower body) through different exercises. The need for equipment is minimal, which allows us to optimize the workouts.
Focus is also put on cardiovascular health and the importance of cardiovascular endurance. The sessions are 1 hour long and are run on weekdays.
ALL ABILITIES FITNESS

The D3P All Abilities fitness program is a specialized program catered to persons with disabilities.
Participants will be through a relaxed fitness routine with adaptive modifications along the way. Our coaches will run participants through a full-body workout with all kinds of fun challenges in-between. All are WELCOME. We take information prior to our sessions to ensure that we meet your needs. For those who need a little extra assistance, a family member, friend, or worker can assist. Sessions are 45 minutes long and run 3 times a week.
ONLINE GROUP FITNESS

The D3P Group Fitness training is a generalized program focusing on a full-body experience. Participants will work on three different physical areas (Upper Body, Core, Lower Body). Exercises can be done anywhere, even in the comfort of your home. We help you achieve your personal fitness goals and will help guide and encourage you along the way. Sessions are 1-hr long and held 3 times a week.

D3P Sports Church Fitness Program, where fitness and faith come together for a fantastic voyage of fellowship and growth! Led by our spirited instructors, we offer a variety of workouts to suit everyone, all while nourishing body and soul with mindfulness and prayer. But that's not all! Just like a sturdy ship sailing through life's waters, D3P Sports is here to support you in every way possible – spiritually, mentally, physically, financially, and beyond. WOMENS ONLY FITNESS

D3P Sports Women's Only Fitness Program provides a supportive and empowering environment tailored to women of all ages and fitness levels. Led by certified female instructors, our program offers a variety of workouts including strength training, cardio, and flexibility sessions, focusing on promoting physical health, mental well-being, and self-confidence. With a strong emphasis on body positivity and self-love, we aim to empower women to embrace their strength, celebrate their bodies, and prioritize their health and happiness. Join us as we redefine what it means to be fit and confident women, and embark on a transformative journey to become the best version of yourself.
