FITNESS PROGRAMS

OUR HISTORY

Since its inception in 2018, D3P Sports has been steadfast in its commitment to creating community spaces for sports programming while fostering camaraderie and ensuring a safe environment for play. What began as a single basketball program has evolved into a platform for expansion. Now operating within a non-profit framework, D3P Sports caters to individuals of all ages, offering both virtual and in-person programs that specialize in all-abilities sports and fitness, education, and basketball.

Our organization prides itself on tailoring programs to meet the diverse needs of each participant, regardless of their age or skill level. Founded by Felix Adjei, D3P Sports is driven by four core principles: Diversity, Dedication, Discipline, and Perseverance. These values form the foundation of our programming, ensuring that participants have an immersive and enduring experience.

SENIOR FITNESS

​

D3P Sports Senior Fitness Program is designed to cater to the unique needs and capabilities of older adults, fostering physical vitality, social interaction and overall well-being. With a focus on gentle exercises that improve strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular. Our program places a significant emphasis on fostering companionship and refining social skills. By providing a supportive community environment, we aim to not only promote independence and reduce the likelihood of falls but also to enrich the overall quality of life for our participants.

ONLINE GROUP FITNESS

The D3P Group Fitness training is a generalized program focusing on a full-body experience. Participants will work on three different physical areas (Upper Body, Core, Lower Body). Exercises can be done anywhere, even in the comfort of your home. We    help you achieve your personal fitness goals and will help guide and encourage you along the way. Sessions are 1-hr long and held 3 times a week.

PERSONAL TRAINING

The D3P Personal Fitness training is a customized program, tailored for you and your goals. Participants will be put through an extensive questionnaire and will have the program customized just for them. Whether you want to lose weight or put on some muscle, we can provide guidance and motivation while putting you through challenging and exciting workouts to help you achieve your goals!! The session is 1hr long and programs are booked on a first come first serve basis.
