The Heart - D3P Sports is founded by Felix Adjei; a passionate and open-minded individual who is supported by a credible and committed management team. Felix is extremely active on the frontline – facilitating in-person and virtual training. He strives to build and enhance his programming by incorporating four core values: Diversity, Dedication, Discipline, and Perseverance in hopes to influence D3P Sports Members to be the best version of themselves.
Founder, CEO & Coach – Felix Adjei established a longstanding and lucrative athletic career turning his passions into reality. He excelled in the sports sphere for over a decade, where he gained both local and international recognition for his talents. Beginning his journey in high school, he received several MVP Awards, as well as other honorable mentions like “Athlete of the Year” for his unforgettable athletic ability and sportsmanship. Under the guidance and training of expert coach Wayne Dawkins, he pursued college basketball and retired his Jersey - # 6 at the end of his term. Finally, in 2016, Felix reached the height of his career playing professional basketball in Eskilstuna, Sweden for the Eskilstuna Basket.

WORKING AT D3P SPORTS
The Muscle –in collaboration with Felix Adjei, Kwame Obeng co-manages all sports and fitness programming. Kwame assists in the brainstorming and execution of personal and group classes, which also involves the creation of nutrition and training plans, as well as evaluating and monitoring the progress of each D3P Sports participant. He finds his career to be rewarding and looks forward to positively impacting the lives of all those who are interested in the fitness and sports sphere. Overall, Kwame prioritizes member engagement, participation, an experience that is both fun, safe, and memorable for our members.
Kwame Obeng held reputable standing in the sports sector, receiving several accolades in his elementary years. Most notably, he played varsity basketball at Seneca College alongside coach Wayne Dawkins. After completing his education, he became a Child and Youth Worker hoping to empower younger generations from all walks of life. Over the years, he has combined his love for community and sports to mentor and assist youth. He has collaborated with key organizations, such as The City of Mississauga, The Region of Peel, and now D3P Sports offering basketball and fitness training, as well as referee support. Kwame continues to share his life experience and skills to mentor aspiring athletes, and anyone interested in fitness and sports.
