About D3P Sports & Community

Founded in 2018, we integrate sport, fitness, arts, and inclusive programming for individuals of all abilities— advancing emotional, mental, and physical well-being through community.

Mission & Vision

Mission

We cultivate an inclusive, adaptive environment where individuals of all abilities, ages, and genders can excel. Rooted in dedication, discipline, diversity, and perseverance, our programs privilege camaraderie and sportsmanship over competition. As a not-for-profit, we deliver affordable, high-quality, specialized programming—especially for participants with special needs—supported by expert guidance and mentorship.

Vision

By 2030, we aim to establish a flagship headquarters to anchor basketball, healthy living, fitness, and tailored special-needs programming, supported by at least 20 strategic partners across the GTA and Canada. We will advance awareness, dismantle barriers, and set a benchmark for inclusive recreation.

History

Since 2018, D3P Sports & Community has grown from a single basketball class into a multifaceted non-profit spanning sport, fitness, education, arts, and community engagement. We serve toddlers to seniors through inclusive programs, with particular focus on gaps in special-needs recreation. Our hybrid delivery (in-person and online) expands access, while ongoing community projects strengthen health, social connection, and skill development.

Our trajectory is community-driven: participants, families, partners, staff, and volunteers co-create opportunities that build confidence and capability. We will continue to iterate, measure impact, and respond to evolving needs.

Core Values

Diversity

We welcome differences in ability, age, gender, and background. Access and belonging are non-negotiable.

Dedication

We commit to above-and-beyond programming across sport, fitness, and the arts, encouraging sustained effort and joy.

Discipline

We cultivate emotional, mental, and physical discipline as a foundation for resilience and growth.

Perseverance

We treat challenges as learning opportunities, building consistency, confidence, and long-term progress.

Our Team

Dedication. Expertise. Passion.
